Southern Illinois Miners win Playoff Opener | News
(KFVS)- The Southern Illinois Miners defeated Traverse City 1-0 Tuesday in the opening round of the Frontier League Playoff Series.
David Harden pitched eight scoreless innings to record the road win and Javier Herrera hit a homer for the Miners.
Game Two will take place Thursday night at 6:05 in Traverse City before coming back to Marion for Game 3 Saturday night.
