Triathlon held to fund pool in Marion | News
MARION, IL (KFVS)- Many laced up their shoes,
aired up bike tires and got swim wear ready for the Blue and Gold Triathlon
this morning in Marion, Illinois.
Some participants biked 12
miles, ran 3 miles and swam 300 meters to raise money for the Marion Park District
Pool.
There were individual, three
team relay and kid competitions.
The course started at the
city pool and traveled through the north side of Marion.
