Salvation Army collecting food items for Christmas Baskets
(KFVS) - The Salvation Army is providing Christmas Baskets to those in need in the community.
The following are the needed food items to be donated:
- Instant potatoes
- Stuffing mix
- Green beans
- Corn
- Macaroni and cheese
- Canned fruit
- Cranberries
- Cake mix and frosting
Drop-off barrels are located at various businesses around Williamson County, including Bank of Marion, Bank of Herrin, Banterra Bank, Regions Bank, Dollar General in Lake of Egypt, Black Diamond Harley Davidson, Curves, Subway, Steven's Floral Gifts and Framing, Security Finance, and Family Video, as well as our Marion Salvation Army Thrift Store.
Donations are being accepted through Dec. 10.
