Fireworks, dedication ceremony for new Herrin bandstand
HERRIN, IL (KFVS) - Herrin City Park Commissioner Randy Crompton announced there will be a fireworks and dedication of the new bandstand on Saturday, September 8.
Crompton said there will be no charge for parking or admission. Events will include:
- Baseball/softball all day
- Two bands and concessions
- Triple Schott at 6 p.m.
- Bandstand dedication at 7 p.m.
- Egyptian Combo at 7:30 p.m.
- Fireworks will be immediately after combo around 9 p.m.
